Neil Hammerschalg specifically pointed today out that his stuff isn't on there. We need to pull those (and others?) from the spreadsheet.

@7yl4r I'm concerned about linking to the Google Spreadsheet. The sharing capabilities with NOAA accounts are limited and I don't necessarily want to be a gate keeper. It might be good to write a small python script to parse the spreadsheet, remove the contact column, and publish the data via github?

We can iterate on other potential solutions.
