increase header menu size

commenting here as I think its related. It looks like the increase in header size is messing with the page display. When scrolled to the top of the page some of the text is cut off, see screenshot below:

Thanks Matt. That is definitely related. I am still playing with the CSS to get this resolved.

It is going to be tricky to set this just because a height of 70px seems to be hard-coded into a few places.

Might need to override some other SCSS things or do a patch onto wowchemy-hugo-modules.
