Some tiles are not being generated

At some zoom levels, some tiles are not being generated, as you can see in the video above.
Any ideas how to debug or figure. out the issue?

@dansku the only thing I see on that video is that some tiles take a bit longer to generate. If you use a postgres backend, and some tables/queries are not optimized (i.e. no indexes, or slower hardware), it would be expected for the tiles to take far longer IMO.
