[BUG] Bad implementation onFeatureTap on web

Bug Description

There are two things:
First is error:

The argument type 'void Function(dynamic, Point<double>, LatLng, String)' can't be assigned to the parameter type 'OnFeatureInteractionCallback'. 

The error is probably related to the changes #475

Second:
onFeatureTap method does not return featureId. It is always null.

Steps to Reproduce

Just go to exemple project and try to run in web platform.

Expected Results

No errors and return featureId

Actual Results

Errors on web and featureId always null.
