Bluetooth control only mode?

hello,
would it be possible to add functionality to control projectors with bluetooth only like the remote does? this would be useful if you do not wish to add wifi to the android tv os but still wish to control projector functions like i do.

Once the projector turned on, it communicates with the remote through paired bluetooth mode, which is different from BLE advertisement to power on the projector. It may be possible to simulate the whole pairing process, but currently I don't have any clues to digging into it.
