For example -k, --emulate-children is sometimes useful, but how to define then when using python script ?
Seems that there is no clear claim. Or such parameters are provided only though command line?

You can follow the logic that speakeasy uses to parse CLI arguments and turn them into programmatic access to the speakeasy API here: https://github.com/mandiant/speakeasy/blob/master/speakeasy/cli.py
