My Tuya Local device is often unavailable until I reload the extension

Hello guys,

This has been bugging me forever. I have a AFEEV 32A wall EV charger. Works great with the native app. BUT very very often the integration just seems to crash and the device goes to 'unavailable' status. I enabled 'debug logging' but I can't find out where that log is.
If I reload the integration it works straight away without issue for maybe 20-30mins then disappears again. As you can imagine I cannot leverage the integration at all in HA.

I wanted to know if this there is a known workaround and how to check the logs to be able to provide more details here. I apologise I'm super noob at Tuya Local despite having HA running for like 5 yrs now XD

If you enabled debug logging through the UI, then it will automatically download when you disable it.

@make-all This was too easy haha.. I will restart the debugging. Reload the integration and wait for it to go unavailable then stop the logs to share here if that's ok. Thank you very much !!

@make-all quick update, after turning on debugging again and waiting almost all day, I saw the device go unavailable briefly a few times then back. The logs show that it seems to lose connection, retry 2-3 times then be successful. Which is not at all what was happening before 😅
For context the Charger is pretty much within 2m of my access point. (In Smartlife it shows as -28dBm)
I am closing that screen to see if it has any effect. In any case I know what to look for. It's possible that it tries 4 times and gives up. Please see below (I will update tomorrow if I see anything else) and thank you again:
