Docker user-defined bridge networks not working

Hi,

I used to use wondersharper to limit speed on docker's user-defined bridge network that gets created using docker network create test-network, but after switching to ubuntu 22.04 Jammy, it is no longer working. Any Idea what the issue could be?

How can I possibly debug this issue? I honestly have very less idea about how tc command works, because the documentation seems very complex to me. other than that I can read and modify bash scripts.

So any hints would be very helpful.

Same here, on fresh install Ubuntu 22.04 it not works. Still works on machine where upgraded from 20.04 → 22.04 what is strange.
