limiting DL speed on very high speed network problem #102

Hi,

I need to limit the DL speed on a very high speed network (10 Gb/s) to 8 Gb/s

I notice that there is no link between DL limit in kb/s and effective DL speed (mesured with iftop)

/usr/local/sbin/wondershaper -a eth0 -d 10200000 --> speed mesured with iftop is barely 5Gb/s per second
