As the music department head, I would like to be able to import last year's performers for gratis badges this year

As a courtesy, we would like to continue the MAG tradition of extending free badges to the previous year's performers for the current year's event. This is presently a manual process. It would be preferable if this could be done as an import (similar to how staff from the prior year are imported). It may require that band members be marked explicitly in the system (to differentiate them from the associated +1 badges).
