Numbered lists are not correctly displayed past 100 items

When format with numbering the numbers over 100 are not displayed correctly.

Hi, this is a problem with the fleather editor library. I've created an issue.

Hi again @Satsok69. You can read the discussion on the fleather issue if you'd like, but to sum it up: this is a pretty rare use case, and that issue could be worked around by using unordered lists instead. So they will fix it eventually, but it isn't a priority right now.
