I'd really like to see a scalable window, instead of it being fixed size for all. If when you open the application it could process resolution arguments (as an example) that would give us the ability to resize the Web View space and provide more real estate.
Auto Layout in Xcode may be able to help adjust the app contents, but I'm no developer so wouldn't know where to begin.
E.g. open /Library/Application\ Support/SplashBuddy/SplashBuddy.app -w 1024 -h 768
