Release: Remove legacy table references & Add new connection_spec fields

This release removes references to the legacy and plx tables from the measurement-lab.release views. As a result, all queries using the release views will use data parsed by the new ETL parser. https://github.com/m-lab/etl

This release also adds new fields to the connection_spec record for "client" and "server". Ultimately, all data in client_geolocation and server_geolocation will be migrated to these new records.
