Acronym lookup is case insensitive, acronym values were case sensitive by design.
I can add a case-sensitive check for adding.
The problem, however, is that if the first user saves OCP = openshift, another user one gets an error when they try to save OCP = OpenShift (which is correct). I'm not sure how we'd solve that.

returns duplicate expansions. This is probably due to the same expansion being added for the root acronym.Is it possible to check for duplicate explanations while adding?
