CollectionSpace Assisted Migration Support tasks

A collection of generalized data prep commands to support assisted migration work.

Basic workflow:

Put source data file in data/supplied directory
Update relevant config options in lib/cspace_assisted_mig_support.rb file
Run thor command
Find output files in data/output directory
