Multisend does not construct transaction that includes multiple denoms #240

On master.

Looks really nice, but it seems like the UI is not wired into the TX generation, on Ledger it only displays a single denom (eSEK).

The message sent to Ledger looks good

But then it is true that on the display it only shows 1000esek

After approving I get this:

EDIT: this is using the e-Money repo. I cannot test this on Lunie 3 repo because I cannot send myself IBC tokens to the Ledger account 🤷
