Multi vendor marketplace expansion/addon

This was briefly discussed in the Discord #general channel. A multi vendor expansion would allow developers to create their own Etsy or Amazon marketplace.

Key features

• Vendors (or 'sellers') have an own admin to administer their own store settings and products
• Communication between sellers and (potential) customers
• Customers are able to buy products from multiple vendors in the same order. The tricky part here is how shipping per vendor is calculated.
• Marketplace owners should be able to charge a commission to vendors, on a per vendor basis
• Marketplaces collect the money from payments and forward the total minus commission to vendors

@glennjacobs Any updates on progress or initiation of this feature? Tried to look at the roadmap but link from 2022 comment is dead, and so is the roadmap link on the main readme.md - would be great to see where things are at

I have a similar desire too. I think this package has the potential to be a powerful marketplace app given the features it already has.
