Add containers in most pages of the hub

Unable to use slots dedicated to display datas in most pages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add containers in most pages of the hub so that modules can append new informations from internal or external sources (eg. Delivery progress API module that shows on every order pages to help track problems about it).
Could also maybe add an order parameter to position modules relatively (eg. Module1 has got important informations an has been placed on order 1 so will display first while Module2 has got helpful but not important informations and has been put on order 99 so that it will mostly always display on bottom).
An alternative on module order would be it to be configurable so that every store manage the important things they want to see first.
