Docs are not clear

Hello,

I thought that this will set the retention only for the stack I'm deploying in, however, I'm surprised to see that all of other stacks, or better to say, all of the log groups are effected.

That is definitely not clear from docs, and I guess it would be much better to specifically clear this in docs.
