package.json

{
  "name": "test",
  "imports": {
    "#features/*.css": "./src/*.css",
  }
}

Example:

// expected - Missing "#features/unexists.scss" specifier in "test" package
// currently returns './src/unexists..css'
resolve( pkg, '#features/unexists.scss' );

This behavior is due to the fact that the regular expression is built without an escape and the dot character means "any character".
