Hello Lucid. I want to start by saying that I know this isn't the appropriate forum at all to be discussing this, I just did not know how else to reach you, I feel this matter is increasingly urgent. Yes, this involves Epicmafia (I know). I'll use initials as to the players, as I am aware you know who you moderated.

So, I know the Discord server is supposed to be temporary, but it has become a complete disaster over the past couple of months, getting worse day-to-day. I even find myself worried about some of the users in there. I think moderation is the biggest issue. S is absent, focusing on school, and K can only be on so often. Every day, R will ban users at random for no reason at all, and K will have to - when available - come back in, stressed, and unban them due to feeling obligated to moderate R's actions. I am not saying all of these bans are unwarranted, but most by a large margin are over nothing. As a result, the entire server has just devolved into personal disputes, power-tripping, he-said-she-said, and malice.

I am deeply concerned for R, mostly. I hate going into detail, but I feel it is necessary that you know what is going on. I think being a moderator of the server has undoubtedly taken a momentous toll on her. I see her in the server every day talking about how no one there likes her, how stressed she is, how angry and upset she is. It is much more alarming than just that, though. She talks about how she is struggling with sobriety and that the server is triggering her. She talks about how the server is raising her heart-rate to dangerous levels. She talks about never getting sleep because of the server. I am deeply stressed for her just watching this all unfold.

I think urgent action of some sort needs to be taken to help everyone, and I apologize for this post, but your absence has been felt by the community deeply. I am just so worried and did not know what else to do. Ultimately, it is up to you what needs to be done, of course. In my opinion, three valid options are A. Unmod R so she can focus on herself, B. Just delete the server and leave EM behind, or C. Bring the game live early and delete the server as it has served its purpose. I am sure there are other options, like getting additional moderators, or just removing the server's link from the site until things are sorted, but I would not know where to start with any of that. All I know is it is a mess and people are being hurt.
