It shows the readme fine, but not anything else

This looks good. It's the README me, as you said: https://ltrr-arizona-edu.github.io/burnr/
And then there is vignettes/facet_comps.Rmd: https://ltrr-arizona-edu.github.io/burnr/articles/facet_comps.html

These look good.

Ah, vignettes/introduction.Rmd is throwing a 404 error: https://ltrr-arizona-edu.github.io/burnr/articles/Introduction.html
