这个是你可能是你后端启动地有问题~~和前端不匹配，导致访问不到，注意下面两个配置文件
vue.config.js#L88

devServer: {
    // development server port 8000
    port: 8000,
    proxy: 'http://localhost:9527'
  },

和application.yml#L31

profiles:
    active: dev # 开发时配dev, 生产时配prod
