Communication: Allow to create categories

With too many chats in e.g. General it gets confusing.

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, Artemis Communication does not provide a built-in feature for users to create categories. Introducing the ability to create categories would enable users to organize conversations into clearly defined groups, improving productivity and user experience.

• Users can create custom categories (e.g., "Project," "Tutor," "Private").
• Categories can have names, descriptions, and optional icons or color codes for visual distinction.
