Communication: "Deleted" label incorrectly appears in message header after editing a message

Describe the bug

When a message is edited, a "Deleted" label incorrectly appears in the user role section of the message header. This issue persists until the page is refreshed. The "Deleted" label should not appear in this context.

To Reproduce

1. Navigate to Communication section of a course and open a random conversation
2. Edit a message
3. Notice that a "Deleted" label appears in message header
4. Refresh the page to see the issue resolved

Expected behavior

Editing a message should not cause a "Deleted" label to appear in the user role section. The user role should remain unchanged without requiring a page refresh
