Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, when downloading a attachment PDF I have to download it with the "server name" e.g. Markdown__<random_string>.pdf. Which seems odd from user-perspective and removes any effort of the author to carefully name a file.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to be able to download the files with their original names.
