Exercise Header does not update the points

Describe the bug

An issue in the ExerciseHeader:
If you submit something for tasks, the status updates to, e.g., 42%, but the points are only updated when you reload the whole page.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Exercises
2. Program an exercise and submit it
3. The status gets updated, but not the points

Expected behavior

The points should be updated
