Filter out participations with no submissions

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I find it annoying that when looking at participations and scores of exercises, when sorting by Score descending, those with no submission i.e. no score at all come up first, which I don't think should be the case.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like for the filter option to also include filtering out students without any submissions, so the course organizers can more clearly see the trend of students who actually participate in an exercise.

Describe alternatives you've considered

An alternative would be to make it an optional filter (multi choice) as the current filter is single choice, and it may be helpful to be able to filter out non-submitting AND also unsuccessful participations.
