Communication: Seeing "unread" notifications for muted channel

Describe the bug

I see the red circle and the blue counter on a muted channel. See screenshot. In my opinion, I shouldn't see anything like in Discord.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Communication
2. Click on a channel and mute it
3. Receive a message in this channel
4. See the red circle and blue counter notification

Expected behavior

Not receiving a notification.
