feature request: support of TZSP and ERSPAN encapsulation

Could you add support of

1. TZSP - mikrotik routers encapsultation;
2. ERSPAN - cisco routers encapsulation.

This protocols encapsulation tool is implemented at RSniffer project.

I won't have time to implement this, but will welcome any patch.

Also it will require at least a pcap capture showing the encapsulation protocol, to ease code writing and associated testing.

I found TZSP implementation here. You can make same way.
I tested this tool and found tool works fine.

I not have example now.
