Add stations

Great program,

it would be nice to be able to manually add stations and a separate repository to share them. There are some that are not found.

I checked the server that provides the service and it is very easy to add a station, they are incorporated almost instantly. For me that is enough, in my opinion the problem is solved.

I was thinking a separate, local list for manually entered stations that should be checked against radio-browser and maintained if not listed...
Adding an option to upload a manual station to radio-browser hadn't occurred to me, but would be a nice feature and good stretch goal.
