Conda-forge updates monitoring

There are some promising movements to make conda-forge ffmpeg more complete:

• nvidia codecs: Add support for encoding with nvidia (not cuda) conda-forge/ffmpeg-feedstock#65 + Added ffnvcodec-headers conda-forge/staged-recipes#6979
• libva: Libva for ffmpeg encoding in intel hardware conda-forge/staged-recipes#6965
• x265: Recipe for x265 conda-forge/staged-recipes#6953
• vp9: add libvpx from Anaconda conda-forge/staged-recipes#6954

Let's keep an eye / help as much as possible. Hopefully conda-forge packages will become better and better and we will need to keep our modifications to a minimum (old version of nvidia headers for compat with older drivers, GPL vs non).

Close this when all these changes come to fruition.
