Integrate delete option to enterprise search documents

When you use logstash to ingest custom documents into the Enterprise Search Application ( https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/plugins-outputs-elastic_workplace_search.html ) there must be also an option to delete documents with the same workflow.

Currently, you need to develop two different workflows, one to update and ingest data from your own search and something outside of logstash with the same access level and the ability to delete content when this is deleted from the source.

This is needed where no native integration is possible or given.
