Adding harmony span

Ive followed the instructions, but for the life of me cant get the roku harmony span to be discovered when i scan for devices. Remote is plugged into laptop, hub is 1 foot away. Deleted previously connected devices and activity to start again but still does not work.

Did you have a black command screen pop up when you rans the exe file? This window needs to be open.

I am having the same problem. And yes I do have the black screen open. It says: Found me. But the roku device still does not show up when I scan Harmony.

Just kept trying and finally found Roku in devices on Harmony software. Now to program buttons.
