native scrolling doesn't work because of bug in ionic version 1.0.1

ionic-team/ionic-framework#4008

but we need Version 1.0.1 to implement native scrolling

open bug:
ionic-team/ionic-framework#3727

at the moment -> native scrolling is disabled

T1m1 added the enhancement label
