Context menu in Catalog view differs across entries

Actual:

If you add a custom shape file to the view "Catalog" you can see that the context menu items are sorted differently. This is very confusing to a normal user and should be changed from my perspective. See also my screenshots attached.

Expected:

• The order of context menu items is always the same
