fofb-epics-ioc sysconfig variables aren't being parametrized by its crate number.

This should be done in https://github.com/lnls-dig/bpm-cfg/blob/9470b7a2740c5fa3158886f0ce4be74301bcc5dc/02-cpu-configure/cpu-configure.sh (like {bpm,tim}-epics-ioc sysconfig's parameterization). Note that this script assumes that fofb-epics-ioc ioc has already been installed at least once (so /etc/sysconfig/fofb-epics-ioc exists on target crate).
