Import fails with Shape of passed values is (252, 4711), indices imply (252, 4710).

As the size difference in this case is so small (one missing line), this is likely a separate issue from issue #3, which exhibits size differences in the order of hundreds of thousands of missing rows/columns.

Unclear whether the issue is with the file (provided by StatFi) or py3-opendata. Removing [bug] until original file is verified correct using the standard PC-Axis tools.
