1.高流码，高清台，很卡
2.用IPTV 的APP可以选择硬件解码解决。

视频源卡屏把。估计是没有存储权限问题

用IPTV.APP使用硬解模式就不卡了。。iptv6.1.8版本https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/alexander-sofronov/iptv-2/iptv-2-6-1-8-release/iptv-6-1-8-2-android-apk-download/
