Random bots not inviting players to their guilds ??

Describe the bug
currently the random bots do not invite players to their guild if guildless they seem to chat in general but they never send any invites so makes it hard for a solo account to get anything going ingame unless you create Alts and go down that route

i did test this by standing in Stormwind for hours and never got a single invite while i tested it on cmangos version you got invites almost instantly if you didn't belong to a guild
is this feature perhaps disabled currently ?
