Drop3 Pallet

I think there are still some features that need to be completed like vesting token distribution.

@jingleizhang may have a detailed Plan, for example, which feature should be onboard on Parachain first, then should be of top priority.

Also this story can be closed if the integration test is not planned shortly.

IMO this ticket should be moved to parachain-repo as the pallet is managed there (unless this pallet will be re-used by other projects later)

There is already a new story describing Drop3 Milestone 2. which is on parachain repo.
This one shall be closed if we agree that our integration test will be suspended till M2 is done, what do you think? @Kailai-Wang
