Model manager

I have an issue with the model manager. I can pick a VAE file like SDXL_VAE or SDXL.VAE but they do not appear in the list of the manager, but they appear in the dropdown gadget beside the dropdown model. Conversely if I pick with "+" the SD1.5 VAE vae-ft-mse-840000-ema-pruned.ckpt, it appers in the model manager but doesn´t in the dropdown list.
I tried to put in the prompt vae:sdxl_vae but it seems that doen´t work. Also happens with Loras lora:lora_XXXX in the prompt.
Moreover, the button "apply" doesn´t seem to work to put a model active or a VAE active in their respective dropdown lists

Download the latest version 0.15.0 and see if some of these problems are fixed.
