It doesn't look good on other themes.

I suggest replacing the img with a simple canvas that will be something like a perfect loop. What do you think?

I liked this idea! A coded logo: great!

Yeah, it will be pretty unique. It will still have the central image as the favicon, only just a minimal move or trick that will give navbar's a little dynamic element.

The language isn't standardized on the whole page. But that would be original

I am using the dark theme. I did find the black-on-white logo looked a bit out of place there.

But after a couple of days it stopped bothering me. It's the same colour theme as many of the dweets! And It does offer some symmetry with the (+) on the "New dweet" button. 😉

Also I couldn't think of an alternative. Black-on-dark isn't going to work. What would your green-theme-compatible logo look like?

This sort of works: .header-logo { filter: invert(100%); } (It might work better on the dark theme if the png's background was transparent instead of white.)

To avoid the color thing and keep the original white background, we can add a small black 2px border. Here I can show you what I have been thinking of: https://js.do/code/dwitteranimatedlogo
It looks awesome to me.

My pull request #434 adds CSS rules that give the logo rounded corners in the dark and green themes, which is more attractive. See https://js.do/code/dwitteranimatedlogo-roundrect (adapted from above)

Nice! That subtle movement of the rectangles in the canvas will make the website look very professional
