What happened?

When setting custom script location, picking a folder containing many files and folders (e.g. /home/user/) results in making Cinnamon totally unresponsive (100% CPU use and lot of memory for >15mn in my unfortunate test - I had to restart Cinnamon it via tty or rename applet file and reboot).
Note: a simple machine reboot does not help as it will prevent Cinnamon from displaying due to the fact it loads the applets first.
