Probe contains monitors that are no longer attached to the system #181

I recently ran a probe of my Linux machine, and it found three monitors. Two of them currently attached, and one of them no longer attached.

The "LG Ultra HD" is no longer connected to the machine.

As a side note, it also misdetects my session manager as SDDM, when I am currently using GDM.
