尝试了下类似配置貌似不行：

"editor.codeActionsOnSave": {
    "source.fixAll.mdlint": true
},
"[markdown]": {
    "editor.formatOnSave": true,
    "editor.defaultFormatter": "ZhixiangZhang.mdlint"
},

请问在哪里设置呢？
