How to remove your tool?

Please provide guidance on how to remove your tool. Although it is not listed among installed applications, I receive persistent prompts to update it to the latest version during computer startup.

it's a bug #152 , you can turn off the update check in PTR settings
to delete the plugin, remove the Everything folder at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\Plugins
