Email digest to include "time since last rec"

The email digest should include a one-liner noting how long it has been since the user's last recommendation on the platform, and suggesting to post a rec for the coming cycle. This should only appear if the user hasn't posted for more than one (or two) cycle.

Sure that sounds good! It's probably easier/better to do later if we're redesigning email digests and/or changing backend routes.
