We are currently taking the profile photo from the Google account. We should allow it to be customized or removed (and then replaced with a generic image)

@joannechen1223 any idea how the user profile photos are currently managed? For example, it previously used my Google account image, but since I changed it recently, it reverted to a default and didn't update to the new one
