scale data function in Tektronix Abstract not functioning as it should

Right now it returns a normalized time vector with 0 in the middle of the window. Instead, it should return absolute time based on the position of the waveform.

Bonus: separate the transfer/scale data function and the triggering. Sometimes we want to manually configure the scope and then transfer the data.
